Hôtel Le Petit Paris – a quiet refuge in the heart of the Latin Quarter, the rooms are small as one might expect.
Pavillon des Lettres – centrally located for walking very close to the Champs Elysées and other shopping streets.
Grand Hotel Saint Michel – as the name suggests a slightly larger hotel. It is located very close to the Sorbonne in the Latin Quarter.
Hotel Design la Sorbonne – a recent facelift has spruced up this hotel in the Latin Quarter. Located near to the Luxembourg Gardens.
Select Hotel – quite contemporary in design this hotel has 66 rooms. Also very near to the Luxembourg Gardens.
La Belle Juliette – this feminine boutique hotel is wonderfully situated in Saint Germain walking distance to the Rodin Museum, Louvre, Grand Palais and more.
Hidden Hotel – moving to a zen theme, this hotel is a stone’s throw from the Arch de Triomphe – great location. They even have a yoga wall!
Hôtel Therese – tucked in behind the Palais-Royal you are walking distance to all the sites at a fraction of the cost of the Ritz!
Hôtel Vendome – located on my favourite square in all of Paris. This larger hotel will cater to all your travel needs.

Ze Kitchen Galerie – Good food. More modern sort of French fusion food (Asian influence) very good quality. 4 rue du Grand-Augustins (just off the Seine in the 6th) 01-44-32-00-32. Fun place.
Mon Vieil Ami – Restaurant on Ile St Louis that actually has vegetarian courses (unusual for Paris). Small bistro, very cozy. 69, rue St-Louis-en-l’Ile 01-40-46-01-35
Atelier Maître Albert – They call it la rotisserieas most of the menu come off the grill. Service is attentive, the room is attractive and they are open on Sunday nights. 1, rue Maître Albert 01-56-81-30-01
